This non-fiction book describes some of the author's experiences with a variety of trees in northwest New Mexico, among them junipers, elms, cottonwoods, Russian olives, Austrian pines, maples, and apricot trees. Also included are several exercises to help people stay better grounded and balanced and to release challenging emotions. Part two of the book contains 110 tools in eleven different categories for helping to navigate live more easily. Those tool categories are healing, warrior, communication, protection, leadership, business, marketing, resting, service, worship and cleansing.
